Before purchasing:
   Please, read all of the terms, and conditions listed in "Policies" before purchasing. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the policies.

Payment: 
   Currently accepting payments via PayPal, and Stripe for card processing. You do not need to have these apps / accounts to purchase. Prices are displayed in USD.

Special note in regard to handmade items:
   All handmade artwork, and needle art will exhibit individual characteristics, and slight variations. Listings will depict the item as best they can. Be aware of how the appearances of colors, and textures can be affected by pc monitors, and mobile screens.

Shipping:
   All in stock products will be packed, and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Please, be patient in regard to weekends, holidays, or personal emergencies.
   Choose the shipping option that suits your needs best.
   Please, ensure that all of your shipping, and billing information is correct before ordering. Please, contact via email for special instructions, or changes to the mailing address. After the order has shipped there cannot be any alterations.
   Regular mail options do not include Tracking numbers, and may take 1 to 3 weeks, or more depending on the delivery services, and country.
   I am not responsible for lost shipments at fault of couriers, or delivery services. Consider choosing the Registered mail option.
  Please, take into consideration how heavily burdened holiday seasons are, and order ahead of holidays accordingly. Any delays in arrival are out of my hands.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds:
   I prioritize your satisfaction, and will make the best efforts to ensure your happiness with your purchases. Please, contact me at your earliest convenience within 7 days after receiving with any concerns, or issues in order to request a refund, or store credit for your returns.
In the case of Returns, items must be returned within 30 days after arrival to you, and sent back in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.
   I am not responsible for any damage incurred by couriers, or delivery services. Any damaged, or incorrect items must be returned within 30 days after arrival to you in original packaging. Please, provide photographs of the damaged, or incorrect items via email. You are responsible for return shipping.
   Refunds, or store credit will be extended to you within 30 days of my receiving the returned items. Most products are original one-of-a-kind items that may not have near identical, or similar substitutes (i.e. hand-pulled prints with hand-coloring), in such cases you will be offered store credit, or refunds instead of a replacement if the item's variations are sold out.
   I am not responsible for lost shipments at the fault of couriers, or delivery services.

Pet allergies:
   I live with a cat. I do my best to keep clean storage, and cleanly package sales without fur. I cannot guarantee that stray fur may find its way into packaging, or got caught up in paint, ink, or fibers (like yarn). I remove any fur that I find. My sincere apologies.

Important:
   All forms of copying and/ or reselling all products is prohibited. This includes AI. AI uploading from the products, or the web images is prohibited.
